Sidewalk Restoration at Keelesdale Rd & Eglinton Ave W

Crews will be reinstating sidewalks and curbs, including conduit installation for street lighting, on the south side of Eglinton Ave W, west of Black Creek Dr. To accommodate this work, traffic on Eglinton Ave W, west of Keelesdale Rd, will be reduced to one lane in either direction, and the Black Creek Dr. will be reduced to one southbound through-lane. Work will take place within regular working hours, from as early as 7:00am – 11:00pm. This configuration will remain in place for approximately 4 months.


What to Expect

One eastbound lane on Eglinton Ave W, west of Black Creek Dr, will be occupied. West of Keelesdale Rd., Eglinton Ave W will be reduced to one lane in either direction, and Black Creek Dr. will be reduced to one southbound through-lane. Pedestrians will be rerouted around the construction zone. Lighting and noise from construction equipment can be expected.


Hours of Work

  • Work may occur from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m., five (5) days per week, Monday through Friday for approximately four (4) months

  • Work may be rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances
