This winter, Transportation Services committed to improving communication with Toronto residents about how and when winter services are delivered. All residents who live in a home or apartment in Toronto will receive the one-page mailout below to help easily explain the City’s winter services program and the role the public plays in keeping our roads and sidewalks safe.
