Dear Friends and Neighbours,

This week we witnessed record breaking snow fall. My office received a high volume of calls reporting missed service, or issues with quality of service. I heard from many of you, first-hand, about the concerns that you had with the response from the City.

My office has been working closely with Transportation Services the last two days to address your concerns. Crews will be out over the next couple days to ensure that those problem locations are addressed, as well as ensuring that the catch basins are cleared for drainage when the snow starts to melt.

The weather is expected to warm up over the weekend. That being said, if you still do have any concerns with the snow, please feel free to contact my office.
