Dear Friends and Neighbours,

As you may know, in 2017 I started the Ward 11 Pedestrian Safety and Cycling Committee (PSCC). PSCC is made up of a group of likeminded residents advocating to create a safe pedestrian and cycling environment in, what was, Ward 11.

Last April a report was submitted by PSCC to the Public Works and Infrastructure Committee (PWIC) outlining 31 recommendations for change. The report was directed by the committee to Transportation Services to come back with comments. To see a copy of this report, click here. 

Entering into the new term, we are now looking to expand the committees boundaries to include all of Ward 5. If you are a resident looking to help foster change in the community, please contact my office for more information.
