Dear Friends and Neighbours,

I hope that everyone has gotten into the back-to-school swing of things! The City is working to implement its Vision Zero strategy and continues to introduce traffic calming measures in all school zones to ensure the safety of students.  For those who are not in school and perhaps looking to pick up work, there is a York Job Fair coming up as well as opportunities for youth and women to gain work skills. Find out more in the newsletter.

Next week, there are several local requests coming up at Etobicoke York Community Council including the installation of speed humps and speed limit reductions. Please read on to find out more.
